A resident value-add event to introduce the service. No long-term commitment required.
Minimal setup (studio, lounge, rooftop, or open space).

3) Optional Ongoing Services

For residents who want continued support: small-group sessions and private coaching by appointment.
Scheduling and management handled directly by GYM Right.

How it works

  1. Confirm date + space. You provide the space; I handle the session.
  2. Resident invite. Your team shares a short email or post (copy provided).
  3. Run the session. Professional, organized, accessible for all levels.
  4. Optional next steps. Interested residents opt in privately after.
